The latest mission to bring chaos to the city is underway! The evil Dr. Claw plans to use his new-and-improved de-aging device to turn the populace into feeble, helpless babies! Unfortunately, his nephew Talon has (par for the course) snatched the machine for his own nefarious purposes before it was fully completed! Needless to say, the device backfired and now he has to stay in diapers for a few weeks while he recovers. How embarrassing~
